Full of energy and excitement, you can be sure of a sensational evening with Diversions, which performs three very different new works from leading international choreographers. Stijn Celis brings a groundbreaking dance created with the Diversions team. This spellbinding entertainment combines the voice of the legendary James Brown and music from celebrated New York composer Steve Reich. The Company’s artistic associate and founding director Roy Campbell-Moore presents a new

creation working with gorgeous music by the late Welsh composer Alun Hoddinott and, completing the spring programme, the Diversions team works for the first time with celebrated star performer and choreographer, the totally captivating co-founder of DV8, Nigel Charnock.

This website is an initiative by Worcestershire Dance Promoters; a consortium of arts organisations all interested in promoting participation in and attendance of dance. WDP was established in 2005 by the following partners:

Artrix, Bromsgrove - DanceFest, the dance agency for Worcestershire & Herefordshire - Malvern Theatres - Number 8 Community Arts Centre, Pershore - Swan Theatre, Worcester - Worcestershire Arts Education - Worcester Arts Workshop
